I joined Cresta as a Forward Deployed Product Manager for AI Agents. Cresta is an integrated platform that unifies CX AI with human agents, and my charter is to make production agent deployment faster, more consistent, and more leveraged across the organization. After serving category-specific healthcare clients in the field, I became the first member of a new internal team: Internal Reinvention Services (IRS).
Built the connective tissue for taking AI agents from configuration to production. Deployment OS standardizes how deployed teams scope, assemble, and ship agents across customers.
Tooling that automatically identifies the industry of an agent, giving every deployment the right context, vocabulary, and baseline behavior from day one.
Canonicalized templates for production agents so deployed teams start from a vetted, reusable foundation instead of rebuilding from scratch for each engagement.
My work compounds across the organization. By codifying deployment knowledge into reusable automations, tools, skills, and rules, deployed teams ship production agents with far less bespoke effort—and the same building blocks now power engagements well beyond the clients I served directly.
